Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or decide the product is not right for you.

Faulty or Damaged Products

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product you receive is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged in transit

  • Not as described on our website

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if relevant)

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns Process

If a return is approved due to a fault, we will provide instructions for how to return the item. Return shipping for faulty products is covered by us.
